WS13a's failed after one try

Installed 2 ws13a's on the same circuit to be controlled by an sc1200. Installation went fine. Dialed in and tried the lights, came on and turned off. Tried to demonstrate the system to the wife 4 hours later - could not control the ws13a's. Tried doing so with a Mini Controller no luck. I do have a lamp module on the same circuit that worked fine before the ws13a's were installed and still does.

Do the lights switch locally?

If they don't work locally as suggested.
Double check your wiring.
Verify you have a real neutral power wire.

If they work locally. You may have power line signal issues.
