All lightcodes should be useable concurrently
« on: April 10, 2012, 01:59:18 PM »

I have an SC12A or SC1200.  It's got a range of House Codes and Light Codes but it seems that we can only set, say, light control modules like the LM15A to only one light code, even if I have more than one. It would be nice if we can set the LM15A's to different light codes and  we can control them via phone remote lighting separate rooms as needed.

Potential thieves can see when ALL lights turn on or off at the same time which makes it obvious that either you have a timer or you are controlling the lights with one code remotely making it obvious that no one is actually home.

Look at page 37 of the users manual. You can control all 16 unit codes for the set house code remotely by touch tone phone.
As for the security light code there are two. The one you set in the menu and one unit code higher.

Thx Brian, I will try that again.
I must have made a mistake on installing the first time.
