Big Paws - Need to use stylus

  I have Big Paws. This causes some problems especially when browsing. NO I don't want to make the Text huge to click on a link!
Is there a stylus that can be used with the XL touchscreen?
My iPAQ's were Bi, why can't the Tablets be Bi too?
