The ToggleLinc Dimmer still supports adding an X10 Primary Address.

They need a Neutral Power Wire in the switch box.
They use a different method to report dim levels.
So if you locally dim it. The preset dim% will not be recognized by AHP with a CM15A if that is what you are using.
Note that dim to 0% does send an Off and Brighten to 100% does send an On. Not a preset dim%
