XX40A Very slow to load and Operate now

My outdoor airsight model xx40 has been working fine as advertised.  In the last day or two though, the camera has been extremely slow to load in firefox and when it does,
the picture is very slow motion.  The controls to move the camera are also extremely slow.  Nothing has changed in my connections or anything else.  I would appreciate any insight into this problem.. Thanks.
