Can't turn on lights, I can turn them off

Hello all - new to the forum but not X-10.  Weird issue, I have 2 CM15A Modules, one for each phase - I can turn lights off manually or through automation, however, I cannot turn the lights on?  I tried both units, removed batteries and put new ones in.  I put my CM15A on the same outlet with my family room lamp module and still was unable to turn the lamp on, able to turn it off though.  Stumped on this one..

What version of AHP?

Do your modules with problems have soft start? Where they slowly turn On and Off or do they turn On and Off instantly.
If they turn On and Off instantly. In AHP use the before SoftS Start lamp module tab. If you define a older before Soft Start module using the Lamp Module tab. They will not turn On but will go Off.

Thanks Brian!!  You are the man..  I didn't realize that i had to define with the "older lamps" module and now they all work.  What's the difference now?

Search the term "Soft Start". There is many postings explaining the changes in newer versions of AHP.
