My AHP says that it is clearing the memory of the interface (CM15A) and goes through the motions, but it doesn't actually clear the memory.  When I try downlaoding my changes to the interface, it again goes through the motions, but nothing is changed or updated.  Any ideas on what I can do to remedy this?

I am running Windows 7, 64 bit.

Need more information, like type of computer, what version of Windows,  Version of AHP and any other things you think would be helpful.
I don't SELL this stuff... BUT I sure do ENJOY using it!!!

You might try resetting the CM15A.
Unplug it from the wall and the USB cable.
Remove the batteries
Wait a few minutes, then put the batteries back in, and put it all together.
Try downloading to it again.

Used an old computer running Vista and commands worked fine.

Then everything quit after you switched to Windows 7, 64? Did you try installing and running AHP as a XP program, or a 32bit program?

Silly question, but are you positive it's a CM15A and not a CM11A?
Remote control is cool,
but automation rules!
