AirSight Outdoor Wireless - Wireless won't work

I'm doing what the manual states for the setup and it simply won't work - the wired works fine but obviously I need them work wirelessly.  Is their a problem with these cameras?

Do a factory reset on the unit and set it up again. This will typically fix the wifi problem. If it does not, then you may have have a bad camera. Please contact customer service for an RMA.

I too have a new Airsight PTZ (XX40a) that will not work wirelessly. I have follwed the setup instrcutions 20 times with no results. It seems to configure OK and when I unplug the wired conncetion the camera goes away and nerver comes back with a wireless connection. What is UP?

Try unplug the power and plug again. sometimes, Camera get stuck, need to do it like this.

Be sure to unplug the Ethernet cable right after telling it to connect wirelessly.  See:
