Airsight Outdoor Wireless PTZ - Won't Zoom

HELP!!!  I've configured my PTZ cam outside, but it won't zoom.  All my other airsight cams work perfectly so am disappointed that this one won't work.  Is there something I'm doing wrong?  How do you configure to make it zoom?  It won't zoom in or out.  I've tried the IP Camera Tool and I've tried the ipad IP Camera app, and I've tried the windows based Blue Iris.

Also any guides for how to securely mount the camera outside?  I have it sitting on my front porch now, but don't want to leave it there!

There is a frame inside the dome, did you remove it before use?
