H264 camera flickering when viewing

My new camera was working great for the first few days and now seems to be flickering, i.e. bright dim bright dim.  What can I look at to see why?

I also just went and read a few posts, this is not a sunrise\sunset issue.  It does it with light on\light off\doesn't matter.  Thx
