, i have requested to be unsubscribed yet i am still receiving newsletters, is this the norm or do i now report it as SPAM. its a bit pathetic given i used the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of the email.
since most customers like to ensure their voice is heard, i think this is the best way in which to get my point across.
