AHP in Startup Folder/How to Defeat Windows 7 User Account Control

When I start AHP, Windows User Account Control puts up a dialog box asking for permission to let AHP make changes to my computer. It's an annoying property of Windows. As a result, AHP does not run at startup, even though I have a shortcut in the Startup folder. So far the only Windows settings change that I can find will defeat User Account Control globally.

Any suggestions as to how to defeat User Account Control just for AHP, so that I can have it run at startup?

Turn off User Account Control.   I'm running Windows 7 and and have ZERO problems with User Account Control and have never used it.
I don't SELL this stuff... BUT I sure do ENJOY using it!!!

If you don't want to turn off WAC, you can try this:

The free version is good enough.

I had a similar problem with Windows 8 and Blue Iris video software and this solved it nicely.

Noam

You can use a scheduled task, instead. Set it to run at login, and it should do so without the UAC prompt.
