I need help in knowing how to remove the IR light ring from PTZ Pro camera. Has anyone had sucess in this area. I was trying to remove the connector from the IR circuit board and the connector broke loose from the board. Now I need to remove the outer rign to repair it. Anyone got any ideas on how to remove the outer ring that holds the IR lighting?
