Hello Forum,

I have 2 XX36A's wired to my router. I had to install a new NetGear N600 modem/wifi/router today.

Now my IP Camera Tool program does not see my 2 cameras?

The message I have is "Subnet Doesn't Match, Double click to change".

I bought the new modem/router because the one I was sent by CenturyLink did not work with Port Forwarding. This router is supposed to be really good at that. But I cannot get it to even see the two cameras?

Are there any suggestions?

Thanks.

You state these cameras are wired, were they running wireless on the old router?
If they were you need to reconnect to the old router and disable the wifi on the camera and save the settings.
Many routers don't use the same subnet so you may also need to do a factory reset of your cameras in order for the new router to see them.

Hello,  The 2 cameras are wired and I can see them in Safari web browser OK! I never ever got them to work wirelessly. So now all I have to do is figure out how to get the new, Netgear modem/Router to port forward the cameras' feed so I can see them on the internet when I am away from home? But one good step forward

Here is the link to web site for port forwarding your Airsite XX36A IP cameras to your smart phone and the Netgear modem/router.
