Auto Download to CM15A After Power Outage

Example:

POCO power goes down. Batteries in CM15A are dead but plugged into 120V outlet. As a result, the timers and macros in the CM15A are lost.  POCO power comes back on. PC starts up and AHP is loaded from the startup folder.

Question:
How can I get the Timers and Macros to download to the CM15A automatically?
How can I get the Hardware Configuration to download to the CM15A automatically?

Download Autohotkey
Create a script with it which does the downloads
Use windows task manager to run the script on windows start up or place the script in the start up folder
