A new version has been released 1.0.3.5
Which addresses start up issues resulting from no wifi connection.( some older airpads had issues with wifi not starting on boot up)
Also the java error which would pop up if no wifi was present on a command send has also been addressed.

As I add more options to this Google is setting restrictions on devices that can't access all the options. B:(
It will tell you your device isn't compatible, however it will still work.
I only had one user complain of this until the latest build. ::)
For those users that experiance this there is a apk download in the FAQ section of my forum.

Although TAC was orignaly designed to work on a home network with x10Relayer it will work from outside the home network.
The web interface does this which many have been using with ihouse or X10dispatch.
However it is possible to use x10Relayer as well if you have a wifi connection.
I plan to add a home/away switch so users can toggle to the prospective IPs
This is needed as many routers don't support loop back.

For now if your away (and have a wifi connection) and wish to connect to your home network you'll need to:
Change the IP address of your network server (x10relayer) to that given to you by your ISP for your home.
Save the setting and rotate your droid to load the settings.
X10Relayer of coarse needs to be running at home.

A new version of X10Relayer has been uploaded to the server.
This enables multiple TAC devices from inside as well as outside the network to interact.
As well adds some extra info to be passed to an Android running TAC.

With Blackberry 10 being released I'm wondering if it is worth investing time trying to add TAC to BlackBerry World (their app store) .
I can port the code over and the Blackberry code converter states it was successful.
However I can't test it.
If someone has a Blackberry playbook or the new blackberry z10 and would like to test TAC for me let me know.

With anticipation of the new TAC release to be very soon I've posted a new version of X10Relayer.
This will be required for TAC security module screens to sync.
As well as to decode BlueWatch (next build) info.
Users with versions of TAC 1.0.3.6 or older will get repeated hard coded PCC commands when requesting Usercommands.

I've noticed more and more news about Identy theft occuring.
There is even a new movie out about it (haven't seen it yet)
Much of the identy theft comes from lost or stollen smartphones.
TAC  will encorporated some added security with the next build to help with this, however I won't help other apps.
Please lock your smartphones

I just posted Version 1.0.3.9 (build# 9 on Google)
It usualy takes a bit for it to appear on Google Play.
I revamped the main UI to enable a larger face. See the TAC website for new Screen Shots
The Main UI now scales to use the full display area on all screen sizes
For more info see the TAC build history

TAC was originally created to run on a Tablet the X10AirPads to be specific.
However there are many options now that are phone specific.
TAC currently is meant to run full time which is a drain on any device not left plugged in.
Should a version be created which is more suited to a android phone?
I've created a thread in the TAC wishlist section of my forum for feed back on this.

A new version of T.A.C. is now at the app store. (1.04.0)
This includes a new Voice Recognition engine and the option to use it or the old or nothing.
Also has ability to remotely be triggered to take a Snapshot and email it (using Pc Companion)
If you have been downloading updates using the update button in the TAC info Screen you most likely have a beta version and will need to uninstall to update to this version.
The digital signature won't match that which is on Google Play
Don't worry your settings won't be lost

Although there are apps to control Wi-Fi lighting TAC also can do this for Easybulbs

How?
Currently you need PCC(SG) but the options will soon be added to regular PCC.
You'll also need the Easybulb Wi-Fi box
You need to create a PCC usercommand for each Wi-Fi command you wish to send as TAC doesn't send the command directly.
Going threw Pc Companion allows other options to fire at the same time the LED bulbs are tripped.
You won't need to have the latest version of TAC to access these commands either :)%
