The future (the predicted future) always had flying cars, and servant robots. We would have video phones, and TV screen as big as a wall. We'd be able to turn on lights or music with a voice command (just like on Capt. Kirk's ship 1962). We've come so far. Yet still no flying cars.

I agree with HA. I think future history will show, we completely skipped flying automobiles and went straight to teleportation.

Yep! Only unlike the retro-future from the past... in the real life (predicted) future if you teleport even just once the NSA will have a complete clone copy of you and all your memories. Actually... the Chinese may already have that for me.... I love their free apps.
