RKR24

I have been using an RKR24 key fob to actuate two different receivers and I had to replace the battery. Now it doesn't talk to either one. How do I get them sync'd again?

Thanks

When the batteries are changed. Almost all the time the remote will go back to default Address A1.
If you had reprogrammed the House Code, Unit Code or both. The transceivers will not receive them.
I believe the RKR24 is the retail version of a KR19A.
The instructions to reprogram are in the KR19A Manual.

Smarthome calls them the same item in their store:

http://www.smarthome.com/x10-rkr24-phr04-or-kr19a-x10-keychain-remote-for-2-devices.html

Yes they reference the X10, X10Pro and X10 Retail part numbers. So a search for any of them would find their sales page for it.
