Palm Pad Problem - resolved!

If you are having weird lighting problems, staying off or staying on and not responding, check in your sofa cushions and be sure you don't have a Palm Pad stuffed down between the cushions and it can be pressing on one of your buttons and canceling other palm pads from working.
