Sub-zero tolerant WiFi Surveilance Cameras
« on: November 14, 2016, 06:58:27 PM »

Can anyone recommend an outdoor WiFi camera that tolerates sub-zero temps?

BTW, Foscam cameras were those hijacked for the recent DDoS attacks.

I use EasyN  F Series outdoor cameras which have to worked fine at my off grid place for over 5 years.
Sadly EasyN no longer makes those but I suspect the newer versions to be as cold tolerant.
I've had no issue in -20 to -30 Celsius temps.

The Airsight XX60A (although specifies operation temp of 0°~ 55°Celsius / 14°~ 131°Fahrenheit) also has performed well at the off grid place. However it hasn't been in operation as long.
