residential controller 16CUX10

are there any old X10 gurus out there ?
there were 4CUX10, 8CUX10 and 16CUX10 models.
i have a 16CUX10 residential control system. it's just a box with 16 relays, uses 12dc power supply and has TW523 interface. unit had on board power supply problem.

i would like to find replacement. it does'nt mater 4,8,or 16 relays, new or used.

i could probably repair if I had schematic diagram. ic's are available at Jameco.
any help would be Greatly appreciated '
