X10 is not just the original Home Automation technology....

Before I started working for Bellsouth I worked on a project where GA Power built 3 smart homes. (80's).
Waterwalls (walls filled with chilled water), variable speed compressors, remotely read meters and hardwired relay control of lights and major loads. Then we did a project in Roswell GA where we retrofitted 100 homes with x10 products. Also in the 80's. Remote control of loads has been around as long as I can remember. Smarthome is nothing new its just come of age. And as usual there are way to many devices and protocol and not one solves them all. I worked with Touchplate, Litetouch, Lutron, Leviton, Crestron Control 4, Jandy you name it And not one company could do it all. As time goes by I see more and more equipment coming out.
And if your not extremely wealthy you gota try and get it all to mesh together.

The WM100 is a solid controller however the apps are in their infancy and currently that is the only way to control the WM100.

Like any new controller this has it's limitations read through the WM100 section to see if it's going to work for you with the current limitations.

Thanks for the heads up on the WM100. I currently have 11 devices and could even pair that down.
1- dimable light, 8 switched loads, 2-240V loads. It does dusk/dawn. but there isn't much information about that.
The thing i mostly liked about the 1132CU was the dusk/dawn and security. I am not into smarthome like i was before.

I checked out the forum on the WM100 + the docs and it will replace the 1132CU.
