We’re users, not developers or server managers. We’re victims just like you.  This happened a few weeks ago.  Nobody knows when it will be back up.  You need a backup plan, such as a palm pad or mini controller.  Trust me, it will happen again!

Went in thas site and Jacob Z. Immediately connected and cut off my inquiry about replacement of what appears to be a defective unit doing some flashing lights like in the youtube video... I am perturbed at that. Customer service doesn't seem to be their strength. I will try ONCE more and then open a PayPal case. I am almost ready to dispose of the entire x10 device array and put in something else. This WM100 appears to be a debacle...

Many of us are disappointed in the long awaited WM100.  But X10 can work reliably with other controllers.  The CM15A is still available, and Tuicemen has a work around for getting the old software running.  And there are numerous PC and Mac-based automation programs that utilize the CM15A as a powerline interface.  You can achieve remote operation inside your home with just a PalmPad and a TM751 or the more powerful PAT03 transceiver.
