You really are best to check the HA-Bridge GitHub issues section for Help!
There are a few reasons why devices can show up twice or even more.
To be sure the issue isn't HA-Bridge disable it. Then remove your devices (ONE BY ONE) and with the bridge still disabled rediscover. Alexa should not see your devices that HA-Bridge is supposedly controlling. If Alexa still sees devices HA-Bridge is supposedly controlling your device removal failed, or something else is controlling them.
