In The Finer Art of Posting to The Forums, it describes how to add an image to a post and it states the following...

have the image saved on your PC
in your message click on Additional Options
a screen appears with an Attch: box(which is blank) beside it is a browse button
click on the browse button
a chose file box pops up showing files on your PC
select the pic you wish to up load
click the more attachments if you wish to upload more to the same post
click the post button

Where are the Additional Options??? How can you at least add an attachment??

I can click on the image button but it only adds the HTML code for an image. I've done that and added the url for the image and it doesn't do anything.

Thanks,
Gary

You have to post a minimum number of times before you can post an image.  It is a way to reduce bots from flooding the forum.

Until you are no longer a newbie posting a picture is not possible.
I believe it is 10 posts.

Just post 'Hi, how are ya' 8 more times and you'll be good to go!

posting like that could result in a spamming ban

Funny, I'll have to come up with some creative ways to post so I can post some pictures.

Yes.  Just make some other replies and it will add to your post count.  You only need 5 more.   rofl

It seems like the count could be a little lower, or maybe there could be some other way to verify that it's not a bot.

Ok, that is the total count, not the number of the post

You are now showing as a Junior.
So photos should be OK now.
Saw another post of yours and the photo was there.
