Hi,

About 6 weeks ago, someone from X10 named
Michael Cole emailed me that he was sending
me a diagnostic CM15A that would help with
some of the many problems I'm having.  I
still haven't received it, and he hasn't
responded to a couple of follow up emails
I've sent to him over the last 2 weeks.

Has anyone had any experience with this
person?  I was really happy when I got his
first email, but now this too has turned into
yet another bad X10 experience.  Does anyone
have a more reliable contact that I can try?

I suspect (though I don't know for sure)
that Michael Cole and X10 Pro are the same
person.  He seems rather busy and things
will slip through the cracks, but if you
keep after him, he will respond.  I had
been waiting a while for my diagnostic
unit; he e-mailed me the other day to say
it had been mailed and it arrived yesterday.

I suspect that everyone in the AHP/CM15A
support group are called Michael Cole...ALL
THREE (3) OF THEM.  And they are all over
worked.

The principals better loosen the purse
strings and get more professional help or
they will be revisiting mister chapter xx
and he doesn't live in China.

quick... there may be less of him then you
think.

I changed the subject of this topic, so that
a clear text e-mail address isn't archived
here forever (ahpsupport is set up
specifically for these forums, so it's a
little different).

Bruce: I just sent you an e-mail about this.
It has been hectic, but I'll make sure you
get your new interface.

Woo hoo!  I received notification that the
unit was being shipped out today.  I'm
keeping my fingers crossed the new unit will
at least fix my RF range problems.  My
remotes and motion detectors have been
useless -- except for the one I use as a
daylight sensor sitting a few feet away from
the CM15.
