Computer stopped recognizing Module

My Pc stopped being able to recognize my
module. It sees its there but it doesn't
know what it is. I have a warranty. Do ya'll
think its blew up and I should send in for
another one?

First try to unplug your CM15A USB cord,
power cord and remove batteries. Wait for
about ten seconds, then plug power back,
batteries and USB cord.
