I whole heartedly agree with the first 2
comments, the product and support leave a
lot to be desired.

I will have to strongly disagree with the
comment on the forums.

I have in the past suspected some funny
business when they had a couple of "server
errors",  but now I do believe those might
have been actual problems.

X-10 Pro has been VERY patient with the
postings here.  It has only been in the last
few days when one or two individuals started
making personal attacks that had nothing to
do with the subject that there has been any
editing.

I do not beleive they have intentionally
deleted any negetive comments from this
forum.

I know I have posted some comments here that
most companies would not have allowed on
their own website.

So, X-10, thank you for maintaining this
forum and allowing us to vent, even
insulting your product and supporting a
competetive one.  It is a good thing to let
the information be distributed, even though
I am sure it is costing you sales.

I do still have to say that I think you
released your product way too early, and are
not supporting it properly.  I don't like
your marketing and return policies, and your
phone support leaves a lot to be desired.

My 2 cents worth.
