Does the CM19A detect signals from the the
DS10A aka Smart Door & Window Sensor

If you mean can the CM15A respond to a DS10
Door & Window sensor signal, the answer is
no.  The CM15A only knows not to transeive
the housecode upon which an X10 security
system is installed.
