Remote Controls not working

I am installed and can control lights from
my computer as expected.  My remote
controls communicate with my CM15 and I see
them flipping the switch graphically on my
computer but the actual light that the
swith controls does not change.  What could
this be.

Look in the Hardware Setup to see if the
Tranceived RF House Code is enabled for your
remotes setting. I would think it was if it
shows on the screen, but a check there can't
hurt.
