Hi - I've exceed my registration count due
to Activehome deciding that it was not
registered - and then upon subsequent
attempts to register it and Smart Macros
the registration process could not reach
the server etc.
I've had this happen before and was able to
call in and have it the reg. count reset,
only now I can't seem to locate the support
number. 'Kim' on the online sales/support
chat last night stated that she could not
help me, but that a specialist would
contact me via email within the hour, which
never happened.
Can a rep of X10 reading through this forum
help me? I have the Product Registration
Codes for my software etc. - I just need
help!
Ps - why design a piece of software that
can magically decide that it is not
registered? This is twice now in the last 8
months that this has happened.
