Programming - X10 Cams sdk?

Hi,
I want to program a software in C# that I
can see my x10 cams from the "Video to usb
adapter model VA11A". I will send commands
from my app that use ActiveHomePro sdk to my
cams (rotate...) but I don't think there's
an interface for showing my cams in Video
Windows. Someone have a sdk for the VA11A
module or another solution??
