Hello again forum folks!  Well I've been
quitely sitting by waiting for AHP to fix
their (our) software to what it should have
been out of the box.  Haven't heard a peep
from me in months.  It's been one year
since I purchased AHP and SM and iWit and I
yet cannot make it function as advertised
TODAY on the X10 web site!  I see no
progress made or even any posted from AHP
since about 4 or 5 months ago.  And the
software still does not have any patches
since before that.  I don't have problems
with straight timers at least but I didn't
get SM and iWit for that.

AHP please step up and patch the software
for all the items that you know need to be
fixed.

I see some of you folks are still slugging
it out, but I just have had better things
to do than screw with AHP any more trying
work around frigged up software!

I guess I'll be back next year to see if
there are any NEW problems.

I too gave it a rest for a while, but with
the winter nights here once again, I need
this system to work fully.

The bugs in AHP, and the 'apparent' lack of
resolve from management to fix them, have
deterred me from purchasing the iWitness
plug-in, and ALL the hardware that goes with
it. I don't care how good the deal is, even
if it is the '85% off sale', or 'the End of
World sale', or 'the Good Bye Forever sale',
or even, 'The Boss has run off with My Wife
so I'm selling everything off cheap sale'.

Note that the last sale title is
copyrighted, but in return for a decent AHP
update, I give X10 the right to use it in
their next email blitz.

Hint. They never got Active Home to work
correctly with Windows XP even before AHP
was the new guy in town!
