Macro Deletion

Noticed a little bug in 3.175:

When deleting a macro You select it, Right
Click, Select Delete - Which deletes the
macro fine. Then after the macro is deleted
ALL of the other macros are Hi-lighted.

And it doesn't give you the little icon to
update the CM15A... So the macro still
resides in there.
