When AHP/USB is conneted to PC (alive), no RF signals from palmpad are 'relayed' through, is 'X10nets.exe' keeping AHP busy?

Due to the frequently needed reloads I moved
my AHP H/W, which used to be one floor down
from my PC, nearer to the Computer.
Config is now: CM15A -> USB cable,5m ->
4xUSBHUB -> .7m to the PC USB-port. CM15A is
now permanently left plugged in.

I noticed the following: soon when my PC is
alive after 'boot' and AHP S/W is not
active, no commands get on to the mains
actioned by palmpad. I can monitor this via
a TW523. When I abort the 'X10nets.exe' or
run my PC down, everything is normal again.
I don't think that this is intended.
If one is working for a long time with the
PC, no motion sensor signals will get
through for example.

an answere by X-10 is welcomed.

I've never seen this problem before. If you
start ActiveHome Pro while this is happening,
do you see the RF commands coming in on the
Activity Monitor?

'm now at home and did some tests.
when I check the active processes
after 'boot' X10nets' is already active.
When I hit a button, either on a RW724 or
on a palmpad, no control signals are going
to the mains !
Then I started AHP S/W, start of avtivity
monitor, clear the window - hit the same
buttons - you see the incoming RF commands,
but no outgoing commands (I will send to
AHTsupport the reports via E-Mail). Close
AHP, delete X10net from processing list -
eveything is normal again - commands are
going to the various units which are
plugged in the mains-outlets.
I must admid, there are rare cases where on
action is going through once.
On my PC there is also a MultiView S/W
installed (+ CM19A), which I use not so
often.
I noticed during installation of the AHP in
Sept04 - Muliview S/W must run at AHP
installation time, otherwise MultiView will
never run again (at least on my System)!!

Apart from scene on my PC - why do you
start X10nets already at boot time?
I checked the procecess list, deleted the
X10net.exe (gone), started AHP S/W and
X10net apeared again - there seems to be no
need to start it so early - so why?
I do send out the E-Mail very soon.
