ActiveHome Fails to Load After Upgrading to v3.177

After upgrading to v3.177, AHP fails to
start.  I have removed-reinstalled-upgraded-
rebooted and restarted twice without
success. If I reinstall v3.168 without
upgrading, everything works.  Any
suggestions?

I too am having this problem.  click shortcut
nothing, go to program files click
ActiveHm.exe and nothing happens. Rebooted
several times, powered off the computer,
restarted. Unplugged USB cable.
Running W98SE
How can I reinstall v3.168, please tell me
how you did it so at least I can run the
software.

Ditto for me dxppas.  Same exact problems.
Does anyone know how to uninstall the update?

Larry & Nate: Are you both using Win98?

We'll take a look at this on Monday and get
it fixed quickly.

X10 Pro: I'm running Win98 SE.
dxppass & Nate: I had to remove the whole
program (after making a copy of
my "MyHome.ahx") from Control Panel and
reinstalling v3.168 from the link sent to me
when I ordered the program.  But, after
going through this whole ridiculous process
at least 5 times, v3.168 now only gives me
the Windows error message; "This program has
performed an illegal operation and will be
shut down.".  I have only been using the
program for a week, but I sure wish I had
read this forum before spending my money.

AHP will not load on my 98se machine after
the upgrade as well, but it works on my xp
machine.

We're fixing this problem today. You can
revert to 3.175 by running this:
