Check you Hardware Configureation Settings
make sure your transcieved house codes is
set to auto and is displayind correctly  you
may have to change to manual if it isn't and
the proper monitored house code is set.
these sometimes reset to none with an update.
Also make sure that all your modules in AHP
are configured corectly eg: appliance module
set as appliance, transciever set as a
transciever then upload to the interface.
I once had a transciever configured in AHP
but took it out of my setup and just set an
appliance module ot the same code forgot I
had the transciever configured and that
messed up everything till I checked my
settings

Since the IR543 sends powerline (not RF), the
transceived house codes shouldn't be a problem.

Danny Rego: If you send a command using a
remote and the IR543, do you see that command
show up in Activity Monitor in ActiveHome Pro?
