AHP 3.187 & iccvid.dll crashing

Active Home 3.187 is repeatedly crashing on
my XP Pro box.  I have copied the text of
the error below, but iccvid.dll seems to be
the offender.  Any thoughts?  I can email
you the output of the dr. watson error.

Essentially:
ahp.dll 3.0.0.187
activehome.exe 3.0.0.187
avx.dll 3.0.0.187
iccvid.dll 1.10.0.12 (Cinepak Codec)

I'm also getting a crash caused by a conflict between
activeHm.exe and ntdll.dll (version 5.1.2600.2180)
