AHP crushes

When I try to drag a wireless cam module in
to created room the WinXP pops a window
saying it needs to close AHP. Same happens
when I try to add a wireless cam to the
room.
I need help!!!!

My ActiveHome crashes also, but randomly.
There doesn't seem to be a consistant reason,
at least I can't find it.  It starts up ok
and runs. Then I go to work and sometime
during the day I try to connect and it won't
connect. I have found out when I get home
that ActiveHome is no longer running. Windows
is still running, but ActiveHome has closed.
I "suspect" it is after a motion sensor is
set off, which then sets off a video record
function.  But I'm not sure that is it,
because it doesn't crash ALL the time.  Help,
or better yet a fix, would be GREATLY
appreciated.
