AH Pto lost file association

I just installed Smart Macros in my "basic"
AH Pro.  Clocking on a .ahx file will open
AH Pro but does not load the file.  I rest
the association in Windows and it still does
not work.

It's Windows.

When you reset a file association you have to
reboot. That restarts Windows and the new
file association works.

Nope, I had already done a restart and it
didn't fix it.  Any other ideas?
