I found leaving one cam for people to see
is a good thing and kind of fun. I just
have it pointing at the street not at any
ones house. I invited a few neighbors in
and showed and reassured them I could not
see in there homes but could keep and eye
on there yards and record any trouble they
may have. I did not show them the bird
house’s I put up with a cam in it. I made a
Plexiglas case and inserted into the bottom
half of bird house making the top half
lived in so I can watch the birds come and
go. You can put it on a pole as high up as
you want. The cams I have that can pan I
put in a large bird house in the back yard
where only I can see. We also have one in a
fake bat house we hung on the barn, just be
sure to block the bottom unless you want to
see them. Another way is to take a PCV pipe
make a small hole and place your cam in it
and put a bird feeder on top of it. I have
added more line to the power cord but keep
in mind not to go to far with this line. I
used 10’ from power source so far. I am
working on a whiligig that can move and
hide a cam. You may find more ideas at
