Dual Trancievers on some House Code.
« on: January 26, 2005, 09:51:38 PM »

I was wondering IF it was possible to have
two trancievers set to the same house code?
The reason is because I do not have but 4
X10 items and one remote.
The problem is that I live in a mobile home
and the motion detectors can not get past
the metal of the mobile, nor can the remote.
I was wondering IF I could have one out in
my shed that is close to the motion
detectors and the one in the house?
Would the send the ON/OFF command to the
Cameras and cancel out each other or what?

Plus the motion detector can not get any
signal to my VCR Commander II.

The problem you are most likely exp. is that
the outlets your tras is plugged into is
probably on a different phase than the
outlets of your cam etc.  all devices being
used must be on the same phase or a phase
coupler must be installed.
