XM14A Power Supply

Hey all, I got home this evening from a
long business trip only to find that my
power supply to my ninja pan'n'tilt was
chewed in half.  Any suggestion on where
either I can buy just the power cord or how
to properly repair the line.  I have a red
wire, white wire, and a lot of loose strand
wire.  I'd assume a simple solder job would
do the trick.  I'll wait to see if anyone
else has a better idea first though.
