Ninja Camera Kit - worthless
« on: May 06, 2005, 10:53:19 AM »

JUst a note: Ordered the Ninja Active Home
Pro kit, what a worthless piece of crap.
It works, horrible picture, buggy software,
~ 12 ft useable line of sight range. I
wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

R. Boyd, I have three and have yet to get
the first one to work further than 25 feet.
I have a friend who explained to me since
the whole X10 product line operates on 2.4
ghz as well as all cell phones, cordless
phones, microwaves and garage door openers
and more all this interferes with the Ninja
and the remote. Virtually rendering it
useless in the world they portray it to be
used in. Sorry they don't tell you this
before you fork over you cash to X10. In the
perfect world where no other interferance
from other 2.4 ghz items it will work well.
But where is that perfect world. Mine was on
a 2k acre deer lease. It worked there but no
way at my home. I share your dispare.
