Have you looked in the Support Area
Instructions Tab? They have instructions for
many different camera setups.

To find out how to do what you are asking
you need to look at the instruction manual
for the remote itself. Go to the support
section and look under the product manual
for your remote type...I believe it is the
cr14a.

I just came back to check the status of this
post. Screw you Sherry for your "read the
instructions that came with it" BS. I asked a
question and that's the best you can do? Suck
it! It was easy to program them, just tried
the first thing I could think of. Put the cam
in position, move the remote to program, and
hit a P(N) button. X10 equipment is still
complete junk. It's all being ripped out and
replaced with quality equipment. You guys
should really check on ADT's security camera
setup. They're surprisingly affordable, offer
way better service than x10, and they install
it for you, and come out anytime anything
goes wrong. For a little bit per month you
can even have them monitor the system for
you. X10 sucks, and Sherry sucks worse.

We all wish the forums were searchable.
Google has a nice desktop search engine for
cheap so even if the forum could be
downloaded as text we would be better off
than what we have now.

I just joined.  Your forum is still small,
but hopeful.  There is a lot of course,
adult language, but that's ok since for the
most part it remains on topic.  On the
downside your forum is already getting
polluted by the whiners.  X10 overly hypes
their products; they are not half as good as
their ads connote, but your forum need not
go into that.  THIS forum is run by X10 and
so they should handle all of the
criticisms.  I wish they were actually
handling it!  Hopefully your forum will
handle the actual hobbyist how-to-fix, how-
to-do stories since this forum does not!

X10 continues to send spam mail to my email
and many others.  It's time you cleaned up
your act and show respect to internet
users.  Your ads are annoying and show
constantly.  The way you do attempt to gain
business shows no class or respect.  Lets
face it x10 sucks.  Google that and see
what pops up, then google it again in a
couple of months and see how many more hate
sites you see. :>) Stop the spam or you
will lose business.
