Wireless Nightvision Camera when powered on / off

I have found that my wireless cameras that I
have mounted on a ninja mount that If I turn
the power on when pitch dark that the image
turns green for a short time that allows me
to see objects at night for an instant. Has
anyone else had luck with this or... found a
way to constantly cycle power to make this
night vision constant.
