help, my dialer stopped dialing the
programmed numbers. I've 'reset' everything,
including removing power and backup battery
and reprogramming the numbers but it still
doesn't dial when it is triggered. Record
light does turn on so the unit seems to be
functioning but just doesn't dial out. Could
a lightning surge have damaged the dialer.
If so, anything I can do without having to
return the unit.
