Setting up a DS7000 W/O Phone Line

I just purchased a DS7000 with a siren,
motion detector and some window sensors.  I
just want to be alerted to an intruder while
I am in the house.  Can I set up the DS7000
without connecting it to a phone line?
Basic step by step would be nice :>).

I have used mine without a phone line.
Just do not bother hooking up the phone
line.

I actually just finished setting up the system.
Not sure about how well the motion detector
is working.
