Powerflash Interface (PF284)

Is this device any good? X10 info page reads
that it will flash all lights when set to
mode 2. Am I understanding this correctly?
Does it really flash lights on all 16 house
codes?

I looked for the manual for the PF284 in the
X10 Support area and didn't find it. The X10
Pro one is avilable if you want to read the
way it works.
www.x10pro.com
In the instruction manuals tab pick the PSC01
