Ever since the last couple of updates my
security RF range dropped to 10'.
Unplugged AHP and pulled the batteries,
back to full range.

I have the PS561 system also calles DS7000.

I have a PSC02 system, also known as
DC8700. I have had problems ever since AHP
and CM15A came into the house.  I do not
have any 2.4Mhz phones or network
hardware.  I also have a spare DC8700 which
showed me that the problem was not the
console.  I unplugged the CM15A and
everything worked fine.  X10 told me I
should put the DC8700 in AHP and set
Transeived House Code(s) to Auto.  I am
testing this now.

The security system and the Active Home Pro
(CM15A)on the same house code creates signal
problems. They are both transceivers. I've
also had problems with the TM751 being on
the same house code as the security system.
What I found works best is to seperate the
systems and have only the security system on
one house code and everything else on other
house codes. You can still use smart macros
to control modules set on same house code as
the security system. Just make sure the
house code used for security system is un-
checked on the CM15A transceived house code
selection.
